This was a lovely little piece of Huon pine which suited a purpose. I had a couple of days off to carve something particular for a couple of friends overseas. Figuring it would have to be smaller than usual and a bit polished, huon pine was perfect for the occaision. Consequently the piece is not for sale, but I can only hope he brings many years of happy viewing on a desk or sidestand somewhere.
