Nap Time

This was a very gnarled piece of redgum I discovered while walking the dog one morning. For the uninitiated, the critters in residence are a wobbegong shark and a moray eel.

I've no idea how long it had been on the ground curing out, but it was pretty damn hard. Even the termites gave up on it.

This piece used to live at the workshop, watching over the bench grinder.
